I'm going to be generous and say that this might not be intentional,or they might not care. It's really annoying to try and replace a shift knob. The knob on my girlfriend's 06 Civic broke, and when I went to Autozone the options were basically fake carbon fiber, an 8-ball, or a skull. I ended up ordering a gray one online, but if I didn't care about cars and needed a replacement, I'd buy what was in front of me.

...the Prius doesn’t have second. I just grabbed the shifter, pulled it to the left and down. Which is drive. At least I realized what I did before I tried to put it in first (which would be reverse)?
